We provide development support to the manufacturers and post-sales support in wiring installation; we provide all drawings, manuals, part lists specifically designed for them. As, machine manufacturer can sale machine anywhere in India or across the globe, we select product from world class companies. Whose products and services are available everywhere. We try to provide complete training to manufacturer’s engineers so that they can do complete commissioning by their own.
We also provide online support to end customer on phone or by online support through Skype, Team viewer etc. and for this type of support in week days we don’t charge any amount.

A. Warranty Services :
All the electronic equipment’s, machines, cleaning equipment except consumables we provide warranty services on behalf of our principal companies. Under warranty cases we are bound by the companies for a limited checks only and hence once you report any complain our engineers quickly check the problem if its related with some external reason then we try to guide you that this problem is not because of particular product failure, sometimes may be problem because of wrong parameter selection there also our engineers guide you. In case of failure of any product we provide services according to manufacturer companies warranty policies.
B. Post Warranty Services :
Our own team of engineers provide post warranty services for the complete customer satisfaction. Our services are available normally between 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday on chargeable basis. We provide after sales services on very nominal charges. We provide onsite services for any technical problems and in house services for repairing of the products like AC DRIVES, PLC, TOUCH SCREENS or other electronic instruments.
C. Express Emergency Services :
We provide express emergency services also, for critical machines where production suffers and due to breakdown big loss occurs. These services are also available on SUNDAYS and other holidays or late nights but the charges of these services are on higher side. Emergency services are only for realistic emergency requirements only.

We conduct short term skill development programs for engineering diploma holders, B.E. and B.TECH students to nurture their technical skills in the automation field. We also provide summer training to B.TECH 3rd year students, six months skill development training to the final year students of some private universities. We also arrange placements for the engineers whom we have provided skill development training. We also provide expert lectures on demand to the different universities & colleges for the engineering students.
